1. U-Stuff-It® Quiche
1 (9-inch) pie shell
6 eggs
1 ½ c half and half
½ lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
½ c shredded Swiss cheese (shredded)
Preheat oven to 425°F. Prick bottom and sides of pie shell with fork. Bake shell in oven for
5 minutes or until light golden-brown. Set pie shell aside. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Place
U-Stuff-It® into pie shell. Mix eggs, cheese and half and half in mixing bowl and pour over stuffing. Bake in preheated oven 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
2. Stuffed French Bread
1 loaf French bread
1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut ends of loaf and remove inside with a fork leaving a ¾-inch thick shell. Stuff loaf with U-Stuff-It® and wrap with foil. Place on cooking sheet and place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Remove from oven and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Remove foil and slice loaf into even slices.
3. Stuffed Game Hens
4 Cornish Hens
1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse and clean hens thoroughly in cold water. Stuff equal parts of the U-Stuff-It® in to the hens. Brush the tops of the hens with butter or margarine. Place the hens, breast side up on a shallow baking pan. Roast for 40-50 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
4. Stuffed Ham
1 ham (2-3lbs)
1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the bone from the ham or have your butcher do it for you. Stuff ham and place in oven-safe baking dish. Bake for 2-2 ½ hours or until hot throughout.
5. Seafood Stuffed Fillo
1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
1 pack of fillo dough cups
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place fillo cups on oiled cooking sheet and place in oven for 3 minutes or until slightly browned. Remove fillo cups from oven and let stand. Fill cups to within ¼ from top with U-Stuff-It®. Return cups to oven for 5-8 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
6. Bartlett Stuffed Pears
4lg ripe Bartlett pears
8oz U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel pears. Cut in half lengthwise and core. Add U-Stuff-It® equally to each half. Place pears on oven-safe dish and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
7. Stuffed Lobster Tails
4 lobster tails
8oz U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Carefully Split tails using kitchen shears to cut up the length of the tail. Pull meat out of the tail and cut lengthwise into two pieces. Place U-Stuff-It® in shell in between the two pieces of meat. Brush well with butter or margarine. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes and cooked throughout. Lobster meat will transfer from a milky white to a solid white when done.
8. Surf and Turf Roast
1 (2-3lb) roast
1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place U-Stuff-It in roasting pan and place roast on top of stuffing. Brush roast with oil and place in oven for 40-50 minutes or until internal temperature of roast reaches 170°F.
9. Stuffed Fillet Mignon
6 fillet mignons (about 8oz)
1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a skillet, heat oil on high heat. Sear each side of fillets for 1 minute. Place fillets in oven-safe casserole dish and top with equal parts stuffing. Brush with butter or margarine and place in oven for 10-12 minutes or until hot throughout.
10. Stuffed French Rolls
16 French rolls (unsliced and precooked)
1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Hollow the inside of rolls. Stuff each roll very tightly with equal parts U-Stuff-It®. Brush with butter or margarine and wrap each roll with foil. Place rolls onto baking sheet and cook in oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated throughout.
