1. Stuffed Quail Kabobs
Pack of 4 quail 1/2lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) 1 small bell pepper 1 small onion 1pk cherry tomatoes Kabob skewers Preheat oven or grill to 350°F. Stuff thawed quail with U-Stuff-ItŪ. Quarter onions and bell peppers into one-inch by one-inch pieces. Place quail on skewers alternating quail, onions, peppers and cherry tomatoes. Brush with oil or butter and place in oven for 30-35 minutes or until cooked throughout. If grilling, cook on low-medium heat. Cover and rotate every 10-15 minutes twice or until cooked through. Brush kabobs with butter or oil each time they are moved on the grill.
2. Grilled Stuffed Swordfish
4 (6oz) swordfish steaks 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut a pocket into the side of each steak. Stuff each steak with U-Stuff-ItŪ. Brush with butter or margarine and place on baking sheet. Place into oven and cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
3. Stuffed Lobster Tails
4 lobster tails 8oz U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 375°F. Carefully Split tails using kitchen shears to cut up the length of the tail. Pull meat out of the tail and cut lengthwise into two pieces. Place U-Stuff-ItŪ in shell in between the two pieces of meat. Brush well with butter or margarine. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes and cooked throughout. Lobster meat will transfer from a milky white to a solid white when done.
4. Seafood-Stuffed Trout
4 whole trout 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Stuff pocket of trout with seafood stuffing. Brush with butter or margarine. Place on baking pan and bake 25-30 or until cooked throughout.
5. Stuffed Quahogs (clams)
16 small quahogs steamed and opened 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 325°F. Place U-Stuff-ItŪ in shell evenly and place the half shell on baking sheet. Brush with butter or margarine and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned.
6. U-Stuff-ItŪ Herring
2lb herring fillets 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Stuff herring with U-Stuff-ItŪ and place on an oiled baking sheet. Brush with butter or margarine and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
7. U-Stuff-ItŪ Mackerel
2lb mackerel fillets 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut fillets into equal sizes and make slit in center. Stuff fish and place on oiled sheet pan. Brush with butter or margarine and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
8. U-Stuff-ItŪ Archerfish
2lb archerfish fillets 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut fillets into equal sizes and make slit in center. Stuff fish with U-Stuff-ItŪ and place on oiled cooking sheet. Brush with butter or margarine and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
9. U-Stuff-ItŪ Shark
2lb shark steaks 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut steaks into equal sizes and make slit in center. Stuff steaks and place on oiled cooking sheet. Brush with butter or margarine and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
10. U-Stuff-ItŪ Mahi
2lb mahi fillets 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut fillets into equal sizes and make slit in center. Stuff fish fillets and place on oiled cooking sheet. Brush with butter or margarine and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
11. U-Stuff-ItŪ Pompano Fish
2lb Pompano Fillets 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut fillets into equal sizes and make slit in center. Stuff fish with U-Stuff-It and place on an oiled cooking sheet. Brush with butter or margarine and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
12. U-Stuff-ItŪ Tarpon
2lb tarpon fillets 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut fillets into equal sizes and make slit in center. Stuff with U-Stuff-ItŪ and place on and oiled cooking sheet. Brush with butter or margarine and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
13. U-Stuff-ItŪ Albacore
2lb albacore fillets 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut fillets into equal sizes and make slit in center. Stuff with U-Stuff-ItŪ and place on oiled sheet pan. Brush with butter or margarine and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
14. U-Stuff-ItŪ Pike
2lb Amur Pike Fillets 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut fillets into equal sizes and make slit in center. Brush with butter or margarine and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through
