1. Stuffed Game Hens
4 Cornish Hens 1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse and clean hens thoroughly in cold water. Stuff equal parts of the U-Stuff-It® in to the hens. Brush the tops of the hens with butter or margarine. Place the hens, breast side up on a shallow baking pan. Roast for 40-50 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
2. Chicken and Seafood Casserole
1 and ½ lb to 2lb (cooked&chopped) chicken 1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer chicken and stuffing and brush with butter or margarine. Place in oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.
3. Stuffed Chicken Legs
8 chicken legs 1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove bone from leg meat or have your butcher do it for you. Stuff equal parts U-Stuff-It® inside pocket. Place stuffed legs in oven-safe dish or on cooking sheet. Brush legs with oil or butter. Place in the middle of oven and cook for 45-55 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
4. Stuffed Chicken Breasts
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to ¼-inch thickness) 1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed) Preheat oven to 325°F Place chicken top-sides down on large cutting board. Place equal parts U-Stuff-It® on each piece of chicken. Roll up chicken and place seam-side down on oiled baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cooked throughout.
