1. Ham Casserole
*This recipe is best for leftover ham.
2c cubed ham
1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
8oz fresh, frozen or canned asparagus ( fresh asparagus needs to be blanched)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer ham, asparagus and U-Stuff-It® in an oiled, oven-safe casserole dish and cook in oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked throughout.
2. Stuffed Ham
1 ham (2-3lbs)
1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the bone from the ham or have your butcher do it for you. Stuff ham and place in oven-safe baking dish. Bake for 2-2 ½ hours or until hot throughout.
