12. Asparagus and Seafood Casserole
10oz asparagus (fresh, frozen or canned) fresh needs to be blanched 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer asparagus and stuffing in an oven-safe casserole dish. Brush with butter or margarine and place and place in oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked throughout.
13. Green Bean and Seafood Casserole
10oz green beans (fresh, frozen or canned) fresh must be blanched 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer green beans and U-Stuff-ItŪ in casserole dish. Brush with butter or margarine and place casserole dish into oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until cooked throughout.
14. Stuffed Ham
1 ham (2-3lbs) 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the bone from the ham or have your butcher do it for you. Stuff ham and place in oven-safe baking dish. Bake for 2-2 ― hours or until hot throughout.
15. Stuffed Chicken Legs
8 chicken legs 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove bone from leg meat or have your butcher do it for you. Stuff equal parts U-Stuff-ItŪ inside pocket. Place stuffed legs in oven-safe dish or on cooking sheet. Brush legs with oil or butter. Place in the middle of oven and cook for 45-55 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
16. Seafood Burritos
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) 6 Soft Tortillas If cooking in oven, preheat oven to 350°F. Place equal parts U-Stuff-ItŪ onto each tortilla. Fold up the ends and then roll tortilla forming a burrito. If cooking in microwave, place burrito on microwave-safe dish and cook on high for 2-3 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Add 30 to cook time for each additional burrito. If cooking in oven, place burrito in oven-safe baking dish or cooking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
17. Seafood Chimichanga
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) 6 soft tortillas 2 cups chopped lettuce 1 cup diced tomatoes 1pkg sour cream Preheat fryer to 350°F. Place equal parts U-Stuff-ItŪ onto each tortilla shell. Fold up the ends and roll tortilla forming a burrito. Place in fryer and cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden-brown. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
18. Seafood Chowder
1qt milk 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) In a 2 quart pot, cook U-Stuff-ItŪ on medium heat breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Cook stuffing for approximately 5 minutes being careful not to brown. Add milk and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Milk will thicken to chowder.
19. Seafood Stuffed Soft Tacos
1 pack (8 tortillas) 8-inch tortillas 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) 2 cups chopped lettuce 1 cup diced tomatoes 1pkg sour cream Crumble U-Stuff-ItŪ and heat in microwave for 5-6 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Cooking times will vary according to microwave. Remove cooked stuffing from microwave and let stand 1 minute. Heat tortillas in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Portion stuffing evenly among tortillas and fold ends together. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
20. Seafood Stuffed Hard Tacos
8 pack hard corn taco shells 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) 2 cups chopped lettuce 1 cup diced tomatoes 1pkg sour cream Crumble U-Stuff-ItŪ and heat in microwave for 5-6 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Cooking times will vary with different microwaves. Once seafood stuffing is cooked, remove from microwave and let stand for 1 minute. Heat corn taco shells in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute and portion stuffing into shells. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
21. Grilled Stuffed Swordfish
4 (6oz) swordfish steaks 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut a pocket into the side of each steak. Stuff each steak with U-Stuff-ItŪ. Brush with butter or margarine and place on baking sheet. Place into oven and cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
22. Bartlett Stuffed Pears
4lg ripe Bartlett pears 8oz U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel pears. Cut in half lengthwise and core. Add U-Stuff-ItŪ equally to each half. Place pears on oven-safe dish and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
23. Stuffed Lobster Tails
4 lobster tails 8oz U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 375°F. Carefully Split tails using kitchen shears to cut up the length of the tail. Pull meat out of the tail and cut lengthwise into two pieces. Place U-Stuff-ItŪ in shell in between the two pieces of meat. Brush well with butter or margarine. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes and cooked throughout. Lobster meat will transfer from a milky white to a solid white when done.
24. Stuffed Chicken Breasts
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to ž-inch thickness) 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 325°F Place chicken top-sides down on large cutting board. Place equal parts U-Stuff-ItŪ on each piece of chicken. Roll up chicken and place seam-side down on oiled baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cooked throughout.
25. Seafood-Stuffed Trout
4 whole trout 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Stuff pocket of trout with seafood stuffing. Brush with butter or margarine. Place on baking pan and bake 25-30 or until cooked throughout.
