1. U-Stuff-ItŪ Ziti
1pk ziti 1qt pasta sauce 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) 1cup mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 350šF. Cook ziti according to package instructions. Break up and slightly brown U-Stuff-ItŪ in a lightly oiled 2qt saucepan. Add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix with cooked ziti and place in casserole dish. Cover with cheese and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
Cook ziti according to package instructions. In a microwave-safe dish heat thawed U-Stuff-ItŪ in microwave for 3-4 minutes or until hot throughout. Once stuffing is hot, fluff with fork, add sauce, add ziti and mix well. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top and cover with paper towel. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes until hot throughout.

2. U-Stuff-It FettucciniŪ
1pk fettuccini noodles 1qt pasta sauce 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Cook fettuccini according to package instructions. Break up and slightly brown U-Stuff-ItŪ in a lightly oiled 2qt saucepan. Add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with fettuccini. Cook Fettuccini according to package instructions. In a microwave-safe dish heat thawed U-Stuff-ItŪ in microwave for 3-4 minutes or until hot throughout. Once stuffing is hot, fluff with a fork and add sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve with fettuccini.
3. U-Stuff-ItŪ Lasagna
1pk lasagna noodles 1qt pasta sauce 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) 1 cup mozzarella Preheat oven to 350šF. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Break up and slightly brown U-Stuff-ItŪ in a 2qt lightly oiled saucepan. Add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Layer pasta sheets, sauce, stuffing and cheese in casserole dish in alternating layers. Place in oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a microwave-safe dish heat thawed U-Stuff-ItŪ in microwave for 3-4 minutes or until hot throughout. Once stuffing is hot, fluff with fork and add sauce. Layer pasta sheets, sauce, stuffing and cheese a microwave safe dish in alternating layers. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until hot throughout.
4. Stuffed Flank Steak
2lb flank steak 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350šF. Place 1/4 inch thick flank steak on clean surface completely open. Place stuffing on top of flank steak and spread into a ž in thick layer. Roll flank steak and stuffing into a roll and brush with oil or butter. Place into oven-safe dish and cook for 40-45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Internal temperature should reach 160šF. After steak is cooked, remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Slice steak into one inch thick pieces and serve.
5. Stuffed Chili Rellenos
1lg can whole Ortega chilies 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 375°F. Drain chilies opening each one and laying them out flat. In the bottom of a well-buttered, oven-safe dish, place a layer of chilies. Place a later of U-Stuff-ItŪ over the bottom layer of chilies. Place another layer of chilies on top and repeat process ending with a top layer of chilies. Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes uncovered. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Microwave cooking instructions: Layer chilies and stuffing into a microwave-safe dish and cover with a paper towel. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes.

6. Stuffed French Bread
1 loaf French bread 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut ends of loaf and remove inside with a fork leaving a ū-inch thick shell. Stuff loaf with U-Stuff-ItŪ and wrap with foil. Place on cooking sheet and place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Remove from oven and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Remove foil and slice loaf into even slices.
7. Broccoli and Seafood Casserole
10oz broccoli (fresh, frozen or canned) fresh must be blanched 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) 1/8c water 1/4c butter 1/2c cheddar cheese (shredded) Preheat oven to 350°F. Place broccoli spears (thawed or blanched if frozen or fresh), water and butter into oven-safe baking dish. Place in oven and let simmer for 5 minutes. Place cheddar cheese and U-Stuff-ItŪ brushed with butter or margarine. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
8. Zucchini Stuffing Casserole
4 medium zucchini 1 (8oz) can condensed cream of celery soup 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) 1/8c water 1/4c butter Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash and cut zucchini into 1/8-inch thick slices. Put in shallow oven-safe baking dish with water and butter. Let simmer for 5 minutes in oven. Add cream of celery soup. Top with U-Stuff-ItŪ and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
9. Ham Casserole
*This recipe is best for leftover ham. 2c cubed ham 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) 8oz fresh, frozen or canned asparagus ( fresh asparagus needs to be blanched) Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer ham, asparagus and U-Stuff-ItŪ in an oiled, oven-safe casserole dish and cook in oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked throughout.
10. Artichoke and Seafood Casserole
2 (14oz.) cans artichoke hearts 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Put artichoke hearts in shallow oven-safe baking dish with artichoke juice and butter, and let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and top with U-Stuff-ItŪ. Brush with butter or margarine and bake for 20-25 minutes.
11. Chicken and Seafood Casserole
1 and ― lb to 2lb (cooked&chopped) chicken 1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed) Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer chicken and stuffing and brush with butter or margarine. Place in oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.
