1. Seafood Nachos
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
1 bag tortilla chips
1 can alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350šF. Place tortilla chips even on a cooking sheet. Heat U-Stuff-ItŪ in microwave for 2-3 minutes. Crumble stuffing over chips. Pour alfredo sauce over chips and stuffing and top with cheese. Place into oven and cook for 8-12 minutes or until heated throughout.
Place tortilla chips evenly on microwave-safe dish. Crumble thawed U-Stuff-ItŪ over chips. Pour alfredo sauce over chips and stuffing. Top with cheese. Cook in microwave for 6-7 minutes or until cooked throughout.
2. Stuffed Courgettes
4 large courgettes
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash and trim ends off of courgettes. Halve courgettes lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Fill courgettes halves with seafood stuffing and brush with butter or margarine. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
3. Stuffed Crawfish
75-100 crawfish heads (cleaned)
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Preheat fryer to 350°F. Split crawfish and stuff with U-Stuff-ItŪ. Lightly flour and fry until golden brown.
4. Stuffed French Bread
1 loaf French bread
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut ends of loaf and remove inside with a fork leaving a ū-inch thick shell. Stuff loaf with U-Stuff-ItŪ and wrap with foil. Place on cooking sheet and place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Remove from oven and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Remove foil and slice loaf into even slices.
5. Stuffed Cucumbers

1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Wash and peel cucumbers. Then cut lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and stuff the cucumber halves. Lightly flour and fry at 350° stuffing-side down until lightly browned. Turn cucumbers over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
6. Stuffed Grape Leaves
1 jar or can of grape leaves (approximately 20 leaves)
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Drain leaves. For each portion, place 2 grape leaves shinny side down on a flat surface overlapping each other slightly. Place equal parts of the U-Stuff-ItŪ on the leaves. Roll leaves up folding sides to enclose stuffing loosely to allow it to expand during cooking. Cook in a shallow saucepan with enough water to allow leaves to simmer 15 minutes. May be served hot or cold.
7. Seafood Egg Rolls
8 egg roll wraps
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Preheat fryer to 350°F. Place equal parts U-Stuff-ItŪ on wraps, fold ends and roll wraps up forming an egg roll. Secure with a toothpick. Place egg roll in fryer for 3-5 minutes or until golden-brown. Remove from fryer and place egg rolls on paper towel to absorb excess grease.
8. Seafood Stuffed Fillo
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
1 pack of fillo dough cups
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place fillo cups on oiled cooking sheet and place in oven for 3 minutes or until slightly browned. Remove fillo cups from oven and let stand. Fill cups to within ž from top with U-Stuff-ItŪ. Return cups to oven for 5-8 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
9. Stuffed Quahogs (clams)
16 small quahogs steamed and opened
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Preheat oven to 325°F. Place U-Stuff-ItŪ in shell evenly and place the half shell on baking sheet. Brush with butter or margarine and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned.
10. Stuffed Escarole Leaves
1 head escarole
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Preheat oven to 325°F. Blanch the escarole in a pot of salted boiling water for 1 minute. Then place in bowl of ice water. Spread out the escarole leaves and spoon U-Stuff-ItŪ evenly into the center of each leaf. Roll the leaves and place them seam side down in the casserole dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
11. Stuffed French Rolls
16 French rolls (unsliced and precooked)
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Hollow the inside of rolls. Stuff each roll very tightly with equal parts U-Stuff-ItŪ. Brush with butter or margarine and wrap each roll with foil. Place rolls onto baking sheet and cook in oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated throughout.
12. Stuffed Olives
2- 7 1/2oz Cans large Pitted Olives
8 oz U Stuff ItŪ (thawed)
1/3 cup Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Minced Parsley
Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain olives, and stuff with U Stuff ItŪ (thawed). Place into oven safe casserole dish. Cook the stuffed olives for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked throughout. Remove from oven and place olives on serving dish. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
