1. U-Stuff-ItŪ Spaghetti
1 pk spaghetti
1 qt pasta sauce
1 lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Stove-Top Instructions: Break up and slightly brown U-Stuff-ItŪ in a lightly oiled 2qt saucepan. Add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. While sauce is simmering, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Microwave Oven Instructions: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. In a microwave-safe dish heat thawed U-Stuff-ItŪ in microwave oven for 3-4 minutes or until heated throughout. Once stuffing is hot, fluff with fork, add sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. U-Stuff-It PenneŪ
1pk penne pasta
1qt pasta sauce
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Break up and slight brown U-Stuff-ItŪ in a lightly oiled 2qt saucepan. Add sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with penne.

3. U-Stuff-ItŪ Bowtie Festival
1pk bowtie pasta
1qt pasta sauce
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)

4. Seafood Burritos
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
6 Soft Tortillas
If cooking in oven, preheat oven to 350°F. Place equal parts U-Stuff-ItŪ onto each tortilla. Fold up the ends and then roll tortilla forming a burrito. If cooking in microwave, place burrito on microwave-safe dish and cook on high for 2-3 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Add 30 to cook time for each additional burrito. If cooking in oven, place burrito in oven-safe baking dish or cooking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
5. Seafood Chimichanga
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
6 soft tortillas
2 cups chopped lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1pkg sour cream
Preheat fryer to 350°F. Place equal parts U-Stuff-ItŪ onto each tortilla shell. Fold up the ends and roll tortilla forming a burrito. Place in fryer and cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden-brown. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
6. Seafood Chowder
1qt milk
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
In a 2 quart pot, cook U-Stuff-ItŪ on medium heat breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Cook stuffing for approximately 5 minutes being careful not to brown. Add milk and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Milk will thicken to chowder.
7. Seafood Stuffed Soft Tacos
1 pack (8 tortillas) 8-inch tortillas
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
2 cups chopped lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1pkg sour cream
Crumble U-Stuff-ItŪ and heat in microwave for 5-6 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Cooking times will vary according to microwave. Remove cooked stuffing from microwave and let stand 1 minute. Heat tortillas in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Portion stuffing evenly among tortillas and fold ends together. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
8. Seafood Stuffed Hard Tacos
8 pack hard corn taco shells
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
2 cups chopped lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1pkg sour cream
Crumble U-Stuff-ItŪ and heat in microwave for 5-6 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Cooking times will vary with different microwaves. Once seafood stuffing is cooked, remove from microwave and let stand for 1 minute. Heat corn taco shells in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute and portion stuffing into shells. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
9. Turkey Casserole
*This recipe is best with leftover turkey
2c turkey (cooked and chopped)
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
1 (8oz) can cream of celery soup
Preheat oven to 350°F. In an oven-safe casserole dish layer chopped turkey, cream of celery soup and U-Stuff-ItŪ. Brush stuffing with butter or margarine and place casserole dish into oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked throughout.
10. U-Stuff-ItŪ Pizza
2 (12-inch) pizza crusts
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
12oz mozzarella (shredded)
Preheat oven to 375°F for soft crust or 400°F for crispy crust. Place 8oz of U-Stuff-ItŪ on each crust and spread evenly. Top each crust with 6oz of mozzarella and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
11. Cheesy Seafood Casserole
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
1 (12oz) can mushroom soup
4oz cheddar cheese (shredded or sliced)
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a well-buttered casserole dish, layer stuffing, mushroom soup and cheddar cheese. Cook in oven for 15 minutes.
12. Grilled Stuffed Franks
1 package frankfurters
1lb U-Stuff-ItŪ (thawed)
Heat the grill to 300°F and split the frankfurters lengthwise halfway through and stuff with U-Stuff-ItŪ. Place on grill and cook with lid closed for 5 to 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
