14 Ritz Crackers finely crushed (about 1/2 cup crumbs)
2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1lb. U-STUFF-ITŪ Stuffing
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove stems
from mushrooms and wash mushroom buttons thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate
remaining stems for other uses. Melt butter in saucepan or in
microwave-safe dish. Place mushrooms button-side down on oven casserole
dish. Spoon stuffing into mushroom caps evenly. Brush stuffing with
butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes or
until golden brown and heated throughout.
