2 cans artichoke hearts
1/4 butter
1 lb. U-Stuff-It®
Preheat oven to 350°F. Put artichokes in shallow baking dish with
artichoke juice and butter. Let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from
oven and top with stuffing, brush with butter or margerine and bake at 350°F
for 20 to 25 minutes.
