Stuffed Quail Kabobs
1)
Pack of Quail (4)
2) 1/2 pound U-Stuff-It
3) One small bell pepper
4) One small onion
5) 1/4 cherry tomatoes
6) 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
7) 1 tsp. blk pepper
8) salt (as needed)
9) butter or oil (brushed)
10) Kabob skewers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees or preheat grill. Stuff thawed quail with stuffing. Quarter onions and bell peppers into one inch by one inch pieces. Make skewers by alternating quail, onions, peppers, and cherry tomatoes on skewer. Example: onion-bell pepper-tomato-quail. then repeat until skewer is full. Brush with oil or butter and sprinkle seasoning on top of kabobs. Place in oven for 30-35 minutes or until cooked throughout or place on grill with low-medium heat cover and rotate every 10-15 minutes twice or until cooked through. Brush with oil or butter every time kabobs are moved on grill.
