Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make one inch cut on side of pork chops and make pouch inside pork chop using knife tip. Use equal parts stuffing to stuff pork chops. Heat skillet using medium-high heat. Add oil to skillet and flour pork chops. Place floured pork chops inside skillet and brown on each side. Once browned remove from skillet and place in oven safe dish; salt and pepper to taste and cook for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and serve.
