1 rack of lamb
1 lb U Stuff It® (thawed)
Butter as needed
Preheat oven to 350°F. Trim excess fat and skin for rack of lamb. Place
rack of lamb bone side up and form crown by touching ends together on oiled
sheet pan. Place stuffing inside crown and brush with melted butter. Place
crowned lamb in oven and cook for 45 minutes to one hour or until cooked
through. Remove from oven and serve.
