2lb herring fillets

1lb U-Stuff-It® (thawed)

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Stuff herring with U-Stuff-It® and place on an oiled baking sheet.  Brush with butter or margarine and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
