Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place 1/4 inch thick flank steak on clean surface completely open.
Place stuffing on top of flank steak and spread into a ¼ in thick
layer. Roll
flank steak and stuffing into a roll and brush with oil or butter.
Place into oven-safe dish and cook for 40-45 minutes or until
thoroughly cooked.
Internal temperature should reach 160ºF.
After steak is cooked, remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
Slice steak into one inch thick pieces and serve.
