6 Bell Peppers
1-cup cheddar and jack cheese
½ lb. U-Stuff-It®
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut tops of bell peppers and scoop out seeds. Fill stuffing ¼ inch from top
of bell pepper and top with mixed cheese. Place on cooking sheet and cook for
15-20 minutes or until heated through. Suggestion: For spicy tasting bell
peppers add ¼ cup diced jalapenos to stuffing and mix well.
