Stuffing

1lb U-Stuff-It Seafood Stuffing
1 Granny Smith Apple (cored & diced into 1/4" pieces)
4 oz. Sun Dried Cranberries
Sauté apples and cranberries slowly for about 5 minutes. Apples should still be firm not soft. Mix with U-Stuff-It Stuffing and either use to stuff item and cook accordingly or if only cooking stuffing, cook according to directions on package.
